I’m not aware of anything written in the Word so I don’t know for certain, but if you break one Commandment, you’ve broken the whole law and in desperate need of forgiveness.

so in reality in the netherlands the one that killed 10 would get 20-25 years and the one that killed 100 would be in prison until they die

a prison sentence that is longer than actual lifetime makes no sense at all to me
laws and punishment are there to to help society by encouraging people from commiting crimes in the first place or from committing them again
I disagree with Dutch laws on porn and murder and drugs and prostitution. Every person I know who visited Holland liked it.

The law does no such thing. The Law was handed down to expose sin. If the law succeeded in encouraging people to refrain from committing murder, there would be no murder in the world, at all.
