Billionaires leave when you tax them.
They (the illegals) are the ones driving up the cost.
You mean like the money Obama made from selling weapons to Saudi Arabia? Or the money Clinton made from selling uranium to Russia?

some may but usually they have their investments tied up in companies, estates and its not that easy to relocate to another country without wasting a lot of cash
why do you think that? according to my ai buddy illegals only temporarily cause some issues (espeically when its a large sudden influx, but mostly because of unwise spending like with your ice), but in the long term its either a neutral or a positive economic effect on any country
sure, we could also talk about bush leeching oil from iraq or how you genocided indians and stole everything from them, but i prefer to focus on current time
Need to really cut back immigration.
What does your AI say about record immigration to Canada the last few years? We had 500,000 in one year and the worst homeless problem in 90 years and record food bank use.
lol canada is 2nd largest country in the world and one of the least densely populated… even with a large area of your country not being habitable 500k is nothing:
in 2023 the european union received 4.3 million immigrants from outside europe, with germany alone receiving 1.46 million
your country is 2.4 times larger in land area than eu and 28 times larger than germany…
should be fairly easy for your government to deal with such minor issues;
bringing in more skilled immigrants could be helpful in doing that
The problem isn’t the land. Obviously Canada’s land could support a billion people. The problem is housing and other infrastructure which is designed for about 35 million. Unless we have housing for these 500k people per year, and food production and delivery capacity and everything else a modern country needs, their presence will overload our systems. And they have overloaded our systems.
We also separately have a cultural issue with immigration. Right now, about half our immigrants come from India, and we have a huge problem with Punjabi/Hindu violence. They are bringing their problems here from India and we want no part of it.
It’s complex.
No
As are govt sucks.
Fortunately, in New York, they only have to move to the next state over, which wouldn’t cost them more than the chance they carry in their pocket.
Your ai buddy is a liar. They’ve been streaming in here for years and years and years. With that, our taxes have only gone up. They burden our economy, weaken our healthcare system and are ever so slowly taking our rights. We can’t go back and remove the anchor babies without trampling on their alleged rights nor can we go forward with ICE without making them cry.
Why? When it’s convenient for your own debate traveling back in time is never a problem. In fact, everything you have been posting here over the weekend is old news. The only thing that makes it new is the newly released emails that were written no less than 7 years ago.
If you would stop eating it would save more for the rest of your immigrants.
That is the furthest thing from the truth. Canada does not have a housing issue. They have an illegal immigrant problem.
lol unlike your orange buddy my buddy doesnt lie, it actually makes sense and only shares the info that it finds
immigrants dont raise your taxes, weaken your economy, take away your healthcare and rights… your president does
lol i didnt call it a problem, dear
what really would be new is if trump stops lying and releases the epstein files
Yeah, but you’re ai buddy only fines what the Trump administration wants it to find, which is what the Democrats are releasing as they unwittingly beg for more.
Illegal immigrants do exactly that. We can agree to disagree since this isn’t going anywhere.
Simply untrue. We have almost no illegal immigrants. Mostly overstays of visas.
We have a legal immigrant problem. People would game our system and take advantage of loopholes in our student visa program to stay here, totally out of the spirit of the law, but within the letter of the law. Most of that has been shut down, now.
lol i think the only thing the trump administration controls are the diapers and orange make-up that they give to trump
but in case they do then i thank them for making this wonderful song available on the internet:
no they dont so we cant agree to disagree because you are wrong:
Short answer: Undocumented immigrants (often called “illegal immigrants”) do not generally raise taxes for U.S. citizens—and in many cases they actually pay taxes that they cannot fully benefit from.
The question is more complex, but here are the key points backed by mainstream economic research:
Most economic studies find no significant increase in taxes for U.S. citizens due to undocumented immigration. In some cases, they may reduce the tax burden.
Result: They often pay into systems they cannot draw from, producing a net fiscal benefit at the federal level.
Yes, mainly at the state and local levels, especially in:
These local costs can be significant in states with large undocumented populations, but they are usually offset partially or fully by taxes they pay and by broader economic activity.
No, not directly. Taxes do not rise because of undocumented immigrants.
Taxes rise because of policy decisions by governments.
Undocumented immigration can affect local budgets, but:
Undocumented immigrants generally do not raise taxes for U.S. citizens.
They:
Isn’t that what those on overstayed visas are?
What does that mean? Out of the spirit but within the letter of the law? How is it that you can you be out of the spirit of the law while simultaneously be within the letter of the law?
The spirit of the law was to allow international students to get part-time jobs to help with their expenses. The letter of the law allowed unskilled immigrants to sign up for a few courses and work full time while never coming close to graduating. That hole has now been plugged.
That’s fair.
What is the cost of illegal immigration?
The primary cost drivers identified in these reports often include:
yes, ok imagine this scenario:
if there is a tiny stone on a road you can deal with in several ways:
a: remove the stone from the road and use it for something good like build a house or something
b: hire a billionaire to create a department of anti-rock then hire a security force, supply them with protective gear and rocketlaunchers to remove all evil rocks and imprison them in newly created facilities because they are the cause of many deaths!
and then complain about how much it costs…
