Cut back on bread and with these beef patties that also have some textured vegetable protein, I brokendown easy for some pineapple fried rice…I am aged with only one of those 90 second. Microwave brown rice cups which are surprisingly heavy.

Keto tortillas. Kind of gritty but if you binge , it will less regrettable. These are loaded with fiber. Some hotels have Continental breakfast like that. Juicy shredded chicken onions a jalepeno and just a soft tortilla. It’s so easy to make with tongs and doesn’t have tons of calories.
Better guacamole by just adding water, and a left over salsa . Used up my tortillas and went for lettuce wraps. Lettuce wrap with some filler is excellent weight watchers.





Testing out my metabolism again I had a whole pizza from the same place I got the others to be consistent. Maybe I’ll go back to Papa’s or LC or try some of the other pizzerias. But for now the weight loss from these is at a standstill. Zero weight gain and zero weight loss same exact weight eating meals like above and this as well as other stuff. Did a little soda fountain sugar with mostly diet soda 75%.
This is just a cheese dusted with parmesan and used one can of water packed sardines. Anchovies are better. Anchovies baked on or separate after. Sometimes I liked the fishy taste . with the sardines on this one sometimes I just wanted the cheese. But I got my protein. Parmesan might add fat and calories but it makes me hotter.





If are nothing else and did one of my normal workouts with the shorter rest periods I take or some challenging walking or just some treadmill or bike cardio with a physical chore I could probably eat 2 pizzas this size a day without gaining weight. Mind you eating like this causes me to sweat just like working out , that’s why I can lose weight and not gain weight eating like this.
Something Reggie can’t do or understand, foods with a thermogenic effect that burn half their calories value just by eating and digestion.

That’s why Reggie screams like some weeks will or compete failure “I can’t see how you can eat something Ike that and expect to lose weight”
Because he can’t. It’s not just due to more muscle mass. It has do with gut processing and fire.

I want to get to the point I can eat 3 pizzas like this a day and not gain weight, and then just eat one a day for maybe 2 weeks. Or one week with two pizzas a day a.weekend fast and then one pizza a week and a weekend fast.

Then I do my “clean eating” until my my fat loss a muscle gain stop. Then reevaluate.

SO YES CONTRARY TO REGGIE EVEN IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY OVERWEIGHT YOU CAN EAT LIE THIS AND EXPECT TO DROP WEIGHT. SIGNIFICANT WEIGHT LOSS AND EVEN MORE IMPRESSIVE BECAUSE OF THE MUSCLE GAIN. THAT MEANS EVEN SOME DAYS OF ZERO WEIGHT LOSS BUT A POUND OF FAT LOSS.

Mark, you are free to eat that or anything else but you will never lose weight eating like that.

I had no idea there was plastic in cans until I saw this. Delicious as Coke products are, it would be a bad decision to drink from a can or plastic bottle. If it catches on or goes viral, soda makers will be going bankrupt to my great pleasure.

Time to pack those hips and glutes of yours again. It’s almost every time you sit on the commode now. Even when you flatten out and cover the seat, if it’s hot and you stay too long you fall in.

These chicken wings look extra naked and it’s not just because of the marinade. There is absolutely zero hair in the skin and it wasn’t burnt down as they were cooked at low temp.
Extremely delicious and juicy but apparently a last second batch that tasted somewhat like disinfectant. I ate the whole tray I was so hungry after exercising.

That meal looks healthy as what I’m mentally conditioned to see as healthy. Those two things though yogurt and bread for some reason put so much weight on me. I hope it works for your stomach and you can avoid eating more of you are trying to cut weight on that diet.

Eating canned goods to save cash. Canned salmon was never appealing to me but you can make it better. These patties are just drained canned salmon with bones (the very soft ones removed mostly spinal column) egg, and white bread no crust. I eat these with vegetables only or plain.


That was yesterday . I ate a can of pasta and meatballs might have been alphabet with black eyed beans added for protein because I need to get something in after a workout.

I’m having another meal in my room…keeping the protein high keeps away the pain and is essential for recovery. Believe me I have tried with less and lose strength and don’t recover after a workout.

Reggie needs to go to ball game or fair and visit the food court and concession stands and run his mouth.

He also need to measure up to cholesterol levels, A1C , bone density scans, dense muscle mass, digestive health , EKG, erection size and density. And smell of course.
